Manager Franco is extremely friendly and will really make you feel at home! When we arrived, he received us with cordiality and courtesy, explaining all the amenities we could use, the layout of the site and even the surrounding area. An exceptional host, Franco explained what there is to see in Faenza (he'll even provide you with a map of the city!) and how to get from the hotel to other destinations such as Cesenatico.
